He is finally complete, except for the base. The base will just be simple dirt/sand/rock, like the official one.
I know the NMM on the sword, like the body, has wider shading than that of the original. This was intentional.

Sanguinor, further progress
Nearing completion on him now! I've put about 10 hours into him or so, now, I think. I've not been keeping to close of a tab on time. But I know it's around 10 or so.
(I noticed, as I took the pictures, that I missed some scripture on some parchment... I don't know how I missed that! I blame the smallness of them!)

Sanguinor in progress
Soooo, I decided I needed a new challenge. Ever since finishing the Brass Scorpion, I wanted to do something difficult and challenging again.
I set the challenge for myself to paint Sanginor on a level as close to Darren Lathams' paint job (the official one) as I possibly could.
So far I just have the gold done. I know it's not "Darren" quality, but for my first crack at NMM THIS small and trying to replicate the work of a veteran NMM painter and Eavy Metal painter, I think it turned out alright.
The only thing I might change in the future is that I will use smaller shading lines. My shading might be a tad dark and a tad thick.

Since, apparently, Facebook is exclusively for children...
As the title says... since Facebook is, apparently, exclusively for children, (due to the fact that the Artemis images were "blocked") I am posting final pictures of Artemis here. I took better pictures of her in better light. I figured this model deserved that extra step.
Update: So now the Facebook site is showing the pictures. I don't know if it was just a temporary problem, for whatever reason... but I know FB can be quite picky about such things, so this post will stand.

Artemis finished
Well, I got her done and quicker than I expected. I'm sure the client will be happy about THAT!
Here are some preliminary "finished" pictures. I plan to take more, in better lighting, and post them on my Facebook Page

And now for something COMPLETLY different...
As usual, it's been a long time since I have updated, but I thought I should post my latest comission in progress.
This is the Artemis - Female Warrior miniature. It's quite the challenge because of the large amount of flesh tones. The client wanted a darker, tanned, flesh tone, as opposed to a fairer look.

Space puppies!
I certainly don't make a habit of posting often, do I? Well, here is the latest thing I have been working on. Ragnar Blackmane.
Cranked this one out in about 6 and a half hours, for a new client in my hometown.
